Terms and Conditions - M9 and Cyberster Pre-Reservation
By accessing or browsing the MG Select Website and/or completing the booking form, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines, privacy policy, rules and additional terms referenced herein, collectively referred to as “T&C”, and that you have specifically solicited a call/ message from JSW MG Motor India Private Limited (“MGI”) regarding your booking and further transaction related and/ or promotional activity. You also understand that MGI is acting just as a facilitator and online booking facility is being provided to you on behalf of MGI’s Authorized Dealers (herein referred as “Authorized Dealer”) is for your convenience only. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.
Pre-booking Amount & Refundability:
A fully refundable amount of INR 51,000/- is required to pre-reserve the MG M9 or the MG Cyberster.
- This amount will be fully refunded in case of cancellation of the pre-booking by the customer at any time.
- MGI is acting as a facilitator for booking of vehicle and the booking amount received will be transferred to the Authorized Dealer as selected based on your city of choice. Thus, the Authorized dealer is responsible for full cost collection and delivery of vehicle.
2. Pre-booking Process:
Pre-bookings can be made online at www.mgselect.co.in.
Customers will be required to provide basic personal information including name, address and PAN details to pre-reserve the MG Cyberster or the MG M9.
Upon successful payment of the pre-booking amount, customers will receive a confirmation with their unique pre-booking ID on their E-mail ID/mobile number registered while making the pre-booking.
- The Pre-reserving is optional and is initiated by MGI solely to prioritize and for convenience of its interested customers. MGI vehicles can be booked and purchased without booking from this website as well.
3. Booking Priority:
Pre-reserving does not guarantee a specific delivery slot or vehicle configuration.
- Booking priority may be considered based on factors such as pre-reserving date and time.
- Final delivery slots will be allocated based on availability and customer preferences (if any).
4. Launch & Pricing:
The official launch date and pricing of the MG Cyberster and the MG M9 in India will be announced at a later date.
Pre-reserved customers will be given priority information and updates regarding the launch.
- The price of the vehicle are ex-showroom prices that are only indicative in nature. Its applicability depends on the date of the vehicle invoice. The Prices of the vehicle may change and MGI does not assume any legal responsibility for the same. There is no legal obligation upon MGI to notify you in advance regarding the change in the prices. Please directly contact the Authorized Dealer for more information regarding the same. Prices of the vehicles are subject to change based on the specific location of the Authorised Dealer of the customers.
5. Vehicle Specifications & Features:
The final specifications and features of the vehicles will be announced closer to the launch date.
The specification of the vehicle including colour, model and features are subject to change due to updates from the manufacturer or availability issues. MGI will make reasonable efforts to ensure the vehicles confirm to the agreed-upon specifications but shall not be liable for deviations.
The choice of variant of the vehicle and timeline for confirmation of delivery/ actual delivery will depend on the availability of the vehicle at your preferred Authorized Dealer. MGI reserves the right to modify variants, variant names, features, specifications, price, colour, equipment specifications and model without prior notice. Further, MGI reserves the right to stop production of any model at its own discretion without any prior notice.
- The accessories and features shown in the pictures may not be part of the standard equipment and may vary depending on the specific model, make, modification or optional features of the vehicle selected by the customer.
6. Disclaimer:
The TnC are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of MGI shall be final and binding.
MGI, its directors, employees, authorized dealers, and consultants are not responsible for loss of any direct or indirect damage caused by or to you or any delay, loss or non- receipt of booking information or any other form of submission not contemplated herein.
Online booking is only a User`s request and an indication of the willingness to sell from the Authorized Dealer and doesn’t imply the need to confirm the booking or sales contract and also doesn’t imply financial consequences for MGI or its Authorized Dealers except as provided herein in these terms and conditions.
MGI will not assume any liability for inability or failure on their part in executing any order registered by any customer on account of any causes, constituting a force majeure or otherwise, beyond their control.
Customer hereby expressly consents to MGI storing/transferring the personal data (i.e. personally identifiable data) that is voluntarily supplied herein and to process and use it by MGI as it deems appropriate for the purposes of providing services or share with its affiliates, associates, Authorised Dealers, agencies, auditors, legal advisers, marketing partners, representatives, etc. to contact the customer through outbound call by telephone/mobile numbers or send SMS or WhatsApp or email for offers, marketing and/or promotions, product related information, newsletter, market survey, poll, research, study, programs, enquiries about offerings, services and other legitimate purposes. MGI may disclose information if required to do so by any government/regulatory agency.
All personal data accumulated will be acquired, processed and used according to the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data for the sole purpose of managing and maintaining MGI’s own legitimate business interests.
- Although MGI takes reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, it cannot guarantee that personal data that Customer provides is safe from unauthorised access/disclosure by hacking or otherwise.
- All disputes and differences arising in connection with or arising out of these TnC shall be resolved through the process of arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. Parties shall mutually appoint one arbitrator. The decision of the sole arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. The award shall be a speaking award giving reasons for allowance/rejection of the claims of the Parties. The venue of arbitration shall be at Gurugram, India only and the language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The courts of Gurugram, India alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the matter. In any event that any of these TnC, is declared by any judicial or other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable or indications of the same are received, MGI reserves the right to amend the same to subserve the intent and purpose of that particular provision, which when amended shall be binding on you. The remaining provisions of these TnC shall remain in full force and effect and binding upon you.
